What we process and why
We process the name, email address, phone number and vehicle details you enter in the booking or contact form. The purpose is solely to arrange your workshop appointment or answer your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent and the performance of the service relationship.
How long we keep it
Booking data is kept for as long as needed to handle the appointment and for the retention periods that apply to workshop activity. After that it is deleted.
Who receives it
We do not pass your data to third parties for marketing. We use an email delivery provider to send your booking confirmation, acting as a data processor.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data by writing to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
The owner's identifying details (tax number and registered name) are awaiting confirmation and will be completed before final publication.
