Yes, and German too. Daniel is a native German speaker, so you can explain the problem in your own words. Spanish is no issue either.
How do I know what I will end up paying?
You get a fixed written quote before work starts, with parts and labour itemised. That is the figure you pay. If something turns up once we open things up, we stop, ring you and you decide whether it gets done.
Do I need an appointment?
For a service, a repair or an LPG conversion, yes, and you can book it on this site in a minute. A puncture or a quick check we usually deal with there and then, though ringing ahead makes sure there is room.
Do you work on my make of car?
We are an independent garage and work on any make and model, petrol, diesel or LPG. If your car needs something very brand-specific we will tell you before taking the job on.
Do you do the ITV?
We prepare the vehicle so it passes first time: emissions, lights, brakes, play and tyres are checked and put right beforehand. Ask us if you need a hand with the appointment itself.
Is there a courtesy car?
Yes, subject to availability. Mention it when you book and we will reserve one if there is a car free for those days.
Can I pay by card?
Yes. Credit cards, debit cards and contactless payment by phone are all accepted.
What exactly is LPG?
LPG, known in Spain as GLP, is liquefied petroleum gas. A second tank is fitted and the car runs on either gas or petrol, switched at the touch of a button. A litre costs roughly half what petrol does.
Is an LPG conversion legal and does it go on the paperwork?
Yes, provided a licensed workshop carries it out. We are one, so approval and registration are part of the job and the car comes back ready for its ITV.
Which LPG systems do you fit?
Zavoli and Gfi, two established European manufacturers of autogas systems.
Is LPG worth it for me?
It depends on your annual mileage and the car. Cover few miles and the conversion takes too long to pay back, and we will say so plainly. Bring the car in and we will run the numbers.
My car is on British or German plates. Will you take it?
Yes, we service and repair foreign-plated vehicles without any problem. Bring the vehicle documents and we will tell you what can be done here.
How long does a repair take?
A puncture or a check: minutes. A service: a few hours. A fault that needs parts ordering depends on the supplier, and we always give you a date before starting.
Can I change or cancel my booking?

Is the garage accessible?
Yes. Both the entrance and the parking are wheelchair accessible.
